It's fall nesting week at the Inspired Room and Blissfully Domestic is relaunching and a Blogiversary drawing!!!!

The Inspired Room is having a fall nesting week... What am I doing beside sorting a bazillion piles of my kids clothes from summer to fall? While I haven't started the serious fall decorating as of yet, I am...
Picking my garlic and planting new bulbs for next summer...
Watching my sunflowers and broom corn tower over us..

Seeing everything green finally filling in...just in time for it to start changing..

waiting for the broccoli and cauliflower to get big enough to pick...

And painting fall plates and other crafty things for my booth

Special announcement.!special announcement...!special announcement...!special announcement!

I am going to be writing as one of the home and garden contributors for Blissfully Domestic! But I almost forgot!!! It's my ONE YEAR BLOGIVERSARY!!!!!!!  So in celebration of this great on-line magazine and my blogiversary, I am going to hold a drawing! Leave a comment on this post and I'll enter you to win a subscription to one of these magazines, your choice. If you already get both of these, maybe there is another I can find...
If you stop by Blissfully Domestic and leave me a comment what you liked the best, I'll enter you twice ! Drawing ends  Monday  the 8th. Good Luck!

And, we have sunflower seeds, just haven't planted them yet. I bought the kind that aren't so tall, but still really pretty, so I guess I should put them in the ground already!

  53. Love the plates. I have my first veggie garden this year. Broccoli is the first thing getting cut from next year's plan. It takes so long to get anything, it doesn't produce much for the space required, and the moth worms are all over it in all the nooks and crannies. Good luck with yours.
