Meet the new members of our family!
The names were drawn out in a hat for our three new Leopard and Green frog tadpoles.
Meet Penelope
Jake Ryan
And Snow White... Snow White was lucky, she was almost poopyhead.
I love a summer's worth of entertainment for $10.

Petsmart ??
Ha ha ha ha ha! Snow White was lucky...LOL!
ReplyDeleteHow precious is that! We did not drain our pool as much as we should have last year and we had hundreds of tadpoles! You should have heard them when they became frogs! It was as if they were seranading us each night!
ReplyDeleteSincerely ~ Tricia Anne
We live on a pond so the bullfrogs are abundant. The kids get hours of enjoyment out of catching tadpoles and watching them grow. Too cool! Love it!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Snow White was indeed lucky! Thanks for the giggle this morning Jen.

ReplyDeleteWhat fun new friends for your kids!
So fun! I will definitely do this soon. Very great idea for the kiddos.
ReplyDeleteAhhhhhh such a great mommy~ I got my grandson a wooden snake..it slithers and everything. I don't have to feed it or house it in anything special. I think this is what they mean when they say "With age comes wisdom" LOL
ReplyDeleteI was wondering what kind of plant you used for the bowl. I think I will try this with my son and wondering what you used. We may pick up some feeder fish too. Well thanks again for the idea!
ReplyDeleteokay - did you intentionally put those there OR was it an accident that a frog left for you?? I'm curious! My kids would love it!!!
ReplyDeleteJake Ryan!?! Well, he did act like a little toad there for awhile on HM! Adorable!
ReplyDeleteSo cute Jen!!! What a great idea.
ReplyDeleteI am sure that is hours of fun for your kids!
