It's just crate....!

While I kind of liked this storage piece from Pottery Barn

What I really loved were the little, vintage looking aqua crates underneath...

Did you know they don't have those for sale in their catalog at all?.. how dare they!?

So of course, I had to make a few for myself..
It was as easy as painting a crate from Michael's, and stenciling a number on the front!
I made my number stencil by blowing up a font in Word and cutting it out with a craft knife.

  1. They're jerks, sometimes! I'll see something amazing and look everywhere for the little letter by it in hopes that it's for sale. A LOT of their cute accessories are like that.

  2. Probably cost a 1/4 of the price they would have put on them too. They sure do look great though!

Sorry I missed the makeover party. I tried to do it late last night but could not get Mr Linky to cooperate.

That's the perfect aqua blue - what paint did you use? Thinking of painting the cabinet in my laundry room that color.......
