Inspired table....

In my last post I talked about my inspiration table.
It's certainly not this one.
My old table was wood veneer and had unidentified things that were stuck on it that were stronger than glue...
but believe me , with 3 kids, it wasn't glue....

A friend gave me one of those inexpensive pine tables a while ago that sat in my garage until this weekend...

and I decided to give it a little Habersham treatment with a coat of paint or two,
some sanding and staining...
all while wearing a jaunty hat (Paint always goes on better while wearing a good hat...).

This one is much more inspiring.

Wouldn't those Arhaus chairs be perfect with this? ;)

Stop over to Kimba's for more DIY.

  12. Would LOVE to figure out you did this! I have a kitchen table in need of some love and I think this look would be perfect for our house. Just paint, sanding, and stain? Seems much more difficult than that.
    Anyways, LOVE IT!
