Stretch those green tomatoes gloriously....


You can still enjoy tomatoes even though the gardening season is winding to a close...

  3. I've made this recipe from Southern Living for Tomato Leek pie twice in the last few weeks and it is soooo yummy!

    The variety of tomatoes we grew must be larger than the recipe called for because I could only fit 3 tomatoes in my pie plate. I used 1 green and 2 red and it turned out fabulous!
