Luggage rack makeover....

I found this sweet little luggage rack at the thrift store for $5. I don't know about you, but I see these all of the time!
 The fabric was very 1985;
 but it had these great, little curves and was very sturdy.
 I decided to do a little update with some upholstery webbing. I love me some upholstery webbing. I did this project with it a while ago.
 It was as easy as opening it up and flipping it upside down. I measured and cut my strap lengths.
 And rolled the edge over and stapled it over the existing fabric, which I cut off  at the edge after the other straps were in place.
 It was an instant update! I distressed the edges to give it a bit of a worn look.
 I has found this cute, little cushion and it fit perfectly on top!
It's a nice update for a guest room! I took it over to my space at Affordable Antiques this week, hopefully it will find a new home there!

...And if you've noticed, I am now watermarking my pictures after reading this post which I recommend every blogger read!
