Hand-stamped eggs.....

The  last day! What a week! I think there was some amazing springsperation!
We have one last day of ideas before the big linky party on Monday with the $250 Pottery Barn gift card giveaway!!!
For my final project in the 6 days of Spring, I wanted to share a project that would be great for spring or Easter.

I love these paper mache eggs from the craft store.
I pulled out my white paint, stamps and ink.
I painted my eggs and let them dry.
I inked up my stamp and carefully got to work. I found there is a technique to stamping on a not-so-flat- surface; it involves gently rocking the stamp around the surface with out letting it slide. I did have to re-paint a time or two until I had the technique down.
Then I kind of rolled them across the surface of one of my big text stamps to get the background texture.

They aren't perfect, but I love how they look grouped together.

I bought the stamps a few years ago from Cavallini papers and co., Inc., and I use them all of the time.

I hope you loved all of the projects this week!
I'll see you Monday for the big Spring Linky party!
Make sure you see all of these great projects below!!!

 See you Monday!
